TerriSunflower's beautiful energy flows into and through her songs. She at once sets the vibe as comfortable and relaxed. Her storytelling lyrics, soothing melodies and guitar style pour out like hot cocoa on a cold night.
It's not all zen though. As any nervous system needs flexibility, TerriSunflower's catalog run the gamut of funny, smart, heartfelt and honest truth telling.
Her songwriting ventures into her sense of place as she's lived in the desert southwest over 30 years, of coming out later in life, sobriety, finding love and heartbreak, activism, the patriarchy and protest as well as such things as humoring the illusive need for rest and mastering menopause.
She spins these stories with memorable lines and intelligent rhymes you'll not soon forget. Grab a mug and a cozy spot by the fire and get ready to be delighted.
TerriSunflower is currently working on her first full length studio album with producer, Jana Pochop (Hope Dunbar) at Third Eye Studio east of Albuquerque, NM with plans for completion later in 2026.
